INSTALLATION
A straightforward DIY connection; for the most secure joint, back up the barbed connection with a stainless steel hose clamp on each side.
PRO TIPS
- Cold water only, this fitting isn't rated for compressed air, gas, or hot supply lines, so don't use it anywhere near a boiler feed that sees elevated temperature.
- Always back up a barbed joint with a hose clamp rather than relying on the barb alone, especially on a pressurized water line.
