Opening with vibrant aromas of grapefruit and delicate flowers, it beckons the senses with a pleasant bouquet. Fruity and zesty on the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc delivers a refreshing, clean finish. Agostino Inicio represents the road walked by four brothers who spent their childhood in Mendoza. Their grandfather also used to work in the vineyard, built in the heart of the family’s farm in Barrancas, one of the country’s first viticultural regions. Best served chilled, Agostino Inicio Sauvignon Blanc makes a marvelous aperitif. It will also complement a variety of dishes, including arugula salads, herbed goat cheese, grilled fish, roast chicken, and chicken or pork tacos with cilantro.
