Hubert de Boüard—co-owner of Château Angélus, the ultra-posh (and fabulously pricey) Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé, is a world-renowned consultant oenologist. He joined forces with the house of Yvon Mau, Bordeaux wine traders since 1897, to reveal some little-known but fine, high-potential terroirs.
