To bring a beautifully balanced Bordeaux wine to the table is one thing. To bring a beautifully balanced Bordeaux White is another. This 2020 Baron de Lestac Bordeaux Blanc is the result of the mastery of blending grape varieties and the rarity of a white wine coming from Bordeaux. Bordeaux has world-recognized quality, where diverse soils and a temperate climate contribute to producing extraordinary wines. After the earth and the sun, oak barrel aging gives Baron de Lestac wines their aromatic complexity. Pale straw in color, this oak-aged wine entices with passionfruit, fresh pineapple, and vanilla wood on the nose. The palate adds a buttery touch with a lingering finish. This wine has a unique and refreshing personality, rich in both history and aromas. Enjoy this rare Blanc alongside a shellfish, veal, or poultry dinner. For dessert, uncork this tropical aroma with your pie or fruit salad.
