Transport your senses to the vibrant spirit of Argentina's Criollo circus with our authentic Chardonnay. In homage to the pioneering acrobatics of the Podestá brothers in 1886, who birthed the Criollo Circus, this wine captures the true essence of South American identity. Crafted in the heart of Mendoza's Central Valley, it gleams with a bright yellow hue adorned with greenish highlights. Delicate aromas of citrus intertwine elegantly with tropical notes like pineapple and pears. A friendly, marked acidity dances on the palate upon sipping, culminating in a fresh, long-lasting finish. This Chardonnay invites you to savor the Criollo heritage as rich and captivating as the circus that inspired it. Pair this lovely Chardonnay with mild cheeses, pasta with pesto sauce, chicken, roast vegetables, and shellfish.
