A telltale product that this distillery started as a brewery. This product is made by taking the wort from the brewing process at Southern Tier Brewing Company, then fermenting, dry hopping, and distilling into a delicate beer-skey style distillate.
The true beauty of having both a distillery and a brewery? We get to marry beautiful things together. Our crew at Southern Tier Brewing Company make wort with copious amounts of piney hops. We then ferment this wort, dry hop, and distill it into this uniquely aromatic spirit.
