Steel Picnic Table Understructure
A picnic table is only as strong as it’s support. Granite takes extra care to ensure that the understructures of the picnic tables are made from top quality mild steel. The steel is galvanized to provide long term rust protection. The galvanization process also protects the finish of the steel from the elements. The tubing includes bracing for additional strength.
Aluminum Picnic Seating and Table Construction
The aluminum seatboards are anodized. This finish protects the aluminum and helps to regulate the heat by reflecting the sun. This keeps the seatboards at cooler temperatures for more comfortable sitting. The tabletop also features anodized aluminum.
The picnic table seatboards measure 6 feet long, 10 inches wide and 1.5″ tall.
The picnic table top consists of (3) three 6 foot x 10 inch x 1.5 inch aluminum boards.
