The DT Swiss Degrees of Freedom kit has been developed to further push the performance of your DEG rear hubs. By Isolating the suspension and drivetrain, via reducing the influence your rear suspension has on your chain, pedal kick back is reduced. 

• Hybrid DEG DF also gives you control over how much float you want; if you want to reduce pedal kickback then run the system with 10 degrees of float, if you prefer the feel of a standard 60 Tooth DEG hub, just set it to zero float, the choice is yours
  
• Unlike other anti-kickback systems that add weight and complexity, DEG DF requires no more servicing than a standard hub and adds no weight over a standard DEG system
• Extensively tested on the UCI Downhill and Enduro world series with undercover prototypes bringing home World Championship gold and multiple World Cup wins and podiums
• Installation requires a DEG ring nut tool, once installed, changing between float settings is tool-free and can be done in seconds once the wheel is removed from the bike
