Profile & Tasting Notes

Due to the intense tropical heat of India, the spirit ages rapidly and loses about 12% of its volume to evaporation yearly, resulting in a robust, uniquely complex flavor.

Color: Bright copper.
Nose: Sweet aromas of vanilla, pistachio brittle, and toffee.
Palate: Medium-to-full body with fruity notes—often described as having hints of crisp apple, berry, and underlying brown sugar or butterscotch.
