With a dry taste it's well balanced. Relatively dry, medium-bodied white wine emanating fresh, crisp notes of pear, guava, lemon-peel, and apple. Tip: - Try adding 15grams of oak chips to the fermenting wine to add extra flavours of vanilla, butter, pineapple and victoria sponge.
