Bench Dog 12 oz. Brass Mallet with Sapele handle

Bench Dog's 12 oz. Brass Mallet is the perfect companion for tasks like carving, which require careful control and focused transfer of force to the cutting edge. With its heavy brass head, this mallet focuses impact into a small area, increasing control and eliminating bounce-back. Short, controlled strikes result in more precise work and less glancing blows. The round shape, too, eliminates the need to align the mallet head, further enhancing control. Beautiful sapele handle is turned for comfort. Total length is 5-15/16''. Brass head is 1-5/16'' in diameter.
