Blue Ming Tea Cup and Saucer

The Blue Ming Tea Cup and Saucer by Vista Alegre is a poetic fusion of Dutch history and Portuguese craftsmanship, reimagined by the visionary designer Marcel Wanders. This fine porcelain set serves as a contemporary tribute to the "Delft Blue" tradition, featuring a lush cobalt floral motif that wraps elegantly around the cup’s curved walls. Moving away from traditional, flat silhouettes, the design incorporates a unique footed base and a sculptural handle, giving the piece a modern, three-dimensional character. Perfect for a quiet afternoon tea or a sophisticated gathering, this award-winning set transforms a classic ritual into a high-design experience, blending centuries of European heritage with a bold, avant-garde spirit.
