Limited Time SaleFrom the bluegrass of Kentucky comes a bourbon that speaks louder than its proof—Bomberger’s Declaration 2025. Crafted by the modern revivalists at Michter’s, this small batch release is more than whiskey—it’s a legacy reborn, a declaration of heritage, history, and craft.
Bold at 54% ABV.
Rich, unapologetic, and layered with intent.
Every sip echoes the storied past of the original Bomberger’s distillery, brought forward with reverence and fire.
The 2025 edition is matured in Chinquapin oak barrels—each uniquely seasoned from 18 months to five years. Toasted, charred, and full of life, these casks unlock a spectrum of flavors no single barrel could hold alone. Expect an evolving profile: bursts of dark chocolate, ripe berries, toasted pecans, and delicate floral notes. Then comes the twist—salted caramel, threading sweetness through spice, warmth, and depth.
The aroma rises with roasted nuts, soft caramel, and hints of bright orchard fruit. On the palate, a jammy richness meets dry florals and deep cocoa, grounded by spice and silky oak. Every pour is a journey—best enjoyed neat or with a touch of water to draw out its complexity.
This is not a bourbon built for the background. With its rich mahogany hue and long, expressive finish, Bomberger’s Declaration demands attention. Made for seasoned drinkers, serious collectors, and those who crave whiskey with story and soul. When you raise this glass, you’re not just drinking bourbon. You’re honoring the roots of it.
