Introduced in 2015, 1792 Sweet Wheat Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an annual release iteration from Barton 1792. Composed of an otherwise undisclosed mash bill containing at least a percentage of wheat, this unique NAS dram is aged for a minimum of 4+ years and bottled at 91.2-proof. Winner of Best of Category and awarded gold at the 2018 Los Angeles International Spirits Competition and the 2017 San Francisco World Spirits Competition - 1792 Sweet Wheat has more than earned the respect it has garnered. A considered, masterfully crafted, and singularly delicious bourbon, expect a varied nose and palate of candied nuts, vanilla, oak, and rich caramel throughout this coveted yearly release whiskey.
