Cantera Negra Extra Añejo is the brand's flagship Elixir de Agave tequila — guaranteed aged a minimum of 48 months for an exceptionally smooth, rich character often compared to fine bourbon.
The pinnacle of the Cantera Negra range, the Extra Añejo rests a minimum of 48 months and is bottled only after passing the brand's most rigorous tasting-panel standards. Extended barrel aging produces a remarkably smooth profile of oak, vanilla, and caramel that drinkers frequently liken to a fine bourbon — a sipping tequila that rethinks what aged agave can be.
