Charterhouse Coarse Aquarium Filter Floss

Charterhouse Coarse Filter Floss

High quality, adaptable, and affordable mechanical filtration for pristine aquatic environments.

Designed to effectively capture debris and particles from your water column, this coarse filter floss ensures crystal clear water and promotes a healthy habitat for all aquatic life. Its durable nature means it lasts longer than fine filter floss, reducing the frequency of media changes and maintenance.

Coarse filter floss allows larger particles to pass through, which can serve as a valuable food source within your aquarium ecosystem. This versatile filtration media is compatible with sumps, all-in-one filter chambers, internal and external filters, as well as fluidised reactors, making it an ideal choice for both freshwater and saltwater setups.

Maintenance is simple—replace the floss when it becomes saturated with dirt and water flow is impeded. For optimal water quality and extended filter longevity, it is recommended to use this coarse filter floss in conjunction with fine filter floss.
