Rare single cask bottling from Irelands Cooley distillery.
Cask #K92/35 4330. Bottled 2008. Signed by Dillery Manager Noel Sweeneydis and individually numbered.
Cooley Distillery was established on the Cooley Peninsular in County Louth in 1987 by John Teeling. Water from the Cooley Mountains is used to produce grain whisky from two column stills in one still house and malt whisky using two copper stills and a double distillation process in a second still house. Cooley Distillery produces both peated and unpeated malt whisky.
