Cortland Guide Series Saltwater Outfit

Available in 8 weight, this outfit by Cortland is perfect for getting started in saltwater.

Guide Saltwater Outfits

Cortland’s new Guide Series outfits were built by anglers who spend serious time on the flats and want proper performance without the premium price tag. Designed for beginner and intermediate saltwater flyfishers, these outfits use quality components and have been tested to take a beating — both in the water and in transit.

Saltwater gear does need a bit of care to keep it running sweet. A quick freshwater rinse after each session helps prevent salt build-up on the reel and line, and a proper clean with line cleaner keeps things slick and extends the life of your gear.
