Our bistro mugs are microwave safe, but it is recommended to hand wash only. The dishwasher may destroy the finish and the engraving on the mug.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is the standard option for bistro mugs. In this process, the laser strikes the surface of the cup and removes the top color to reveal the ceramic underneath. Any art or logo will be modified for best engraving.

Placing an Order

The email will contain a link to view your designed product, and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof the next business day.

Once you have approved your proof, most orders will ship 2 business days later. After it has shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.
