Cutty Sark is a distinctive blend of the finest Speyside single malts and grain whiskies. Launched during the Prohibition years, it was bootlegger Captain William McCoy's most prized merchandise. He guaranteed the quality of his products. This is how Cutty Sark became known as the Real McCoy. Aged in American oak casks previously used for Oloroso Sherry, the final blend is then married for an additional six months to harmonize the flavors. Pale golden in color, Cutty Sark has a fragrant aroma with hints of vanilla and oak, a smooth palate, and finishes crisp and clean. Cutty Sark is internationally recognized as the mark of real friendship.
