Dried Blood Orange Slices. Dried in season from fresh.
Blood Orange adds a red colour and subtle citrus bitterness to beer. Add towards the end of the boil to bring out the optimal flavour, aroma and colour of the dried fruit.
A great addition to Saison, IPAs, German Wheat Beers, American Wheat, Belgian ales such as Wit, dark ales and spiced seasonal beers. Add 1oz for subtle flavours or 2-3oz for more robust aroma and flavour.
Can be used for beer, Kombucha, meads, cider, liquoers or tea. No sugar added. Drying concentrates oils and flavours.
Dried in house for optimal freshness right at the shop! Limited quantities!
