Our Dulce de Leche Type Extract, Natural & Artificial can be used in a wide range of baking applications. Clear and colorless, this flavor is ideal for any baking application where color is a potential issue. One teaspoon of this extract is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In an industrial baking application we would recommend a starting use level of 0.25% by weight of dry ingredients.
