New Arrivals/Restock

100 proof. Pot still. The first straight bourbon ever distilled inside the City of Atlanta—Fiddler Soloist plants its flag with a boldly malt-forward mash bill and a slow-proofed, non‑chill‑filtered bottling. ASW Distillery leans on grain-in, double distillation on Vendome copper pot stills to showcase flavor over yield, and it shows. The recipe drops corn to 56% and layers wheat malt, rye malt, Munich malt, beechwood‑smoked malt, and chocolate rye malt, then rests in new 30- and 53-gallon char 3 & 4 American oak. Bottled at 100 proof after a patient proof-down, it delivers intensity without heat and a textured, malt-driven profile you won’t find in standard column-still bourbons. A San Francisco World Spirits Competition Gold Medal underscores the quality—collectors chase it because there’s nothing else quite like Atlanta’s pot‑still straight bourbon.
