BLEND AND GRAPE SOURCES: 100% estate-grown Chardonnay from our Pastorale Vineyard.
APPELLATION: Sonoma Coast

A blend of two Chardonnay blocks from our Pastorale Vineyard that feature Old and New Calera, Maro, clone 76, Mt. Eden, Montrachet and Old Wente. The fruit was whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented slowly over several month, followed by malolactic fermentation.
