Kanosuke Single Malt Whisky (BTL 700ml)

Kanosuke is here to stay with this flagship bottle! This is the only consistent release since they opened in 2018 and won gold in San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2023.

Distilled in copper pot still and aged 3-5 years in a combination of ex-Bourbon, sherry, and re-charred virgin oak barrels, that once contained Komasa Jozo's legendary rice shochu "Mellowed Kozuru". On the nose we get notes of passionfruit, burnt sugar, red cherries, and orange blossom. The palate has notes of lemon cake, salted caramel, passionfruit, black tea, and Ceylon cinnamon. With a flagship like this, Kanosuke will be making waves for years to come.
