The Kilchoman Club releases have been launched annually since the first bottling in 2011. These releases are a highlight of the year, hand-picked by Anthony Wills.
The 13th Edition of our Club Release is a single cask bottling of an oloroso sherry butt. Sourced from bodega Miguel Martin in Jerez, this fresh oloroso cask was filled in 2015 and matured for over nine years.
"Single sherry butt bottlings of Kilchoman are quite a rarity so I am delighted to offer this nine year old sherry butt to our Club Members. This particular cask stood out for its seamless combination of rich sherry influence, deep malty notes, and maritime peat smoke." Anthony Wills, Kilchoman Founder
