Unveil the softer side of Speyside with Knockando 16 Year Old 2008, part of Signatory’s Cask Strength series. Drawn from a Single 1st Fill Pedro Ximenez Hogshead (#101) and bottled in February 2025, this limited outturn of 339 bottles showcases Knockando’s naturally light, fruity core intertwined with the lush sweetness of PX sherry. Bottled at natural strength and without chill-filtration, it presents an authentic glimpse into this often-understated Speyside distillery.
Why We Think You’ll Love It:
- 16-year maturity spotlights Knockando’s smooth, delicate flavor enhanced by the PX cask’s rich sweetness
- Bottled at cask strength, revealing the whisky’s depth and preserving its natural complexity
- Single cask exclusivity with only 339 bottles—ideal for collectors seeking rare Speyside finds
- Unchill-filtered, ensuring a full, robust texture and unadulterated taste
Experience the harmonious marriage of subtle Speyside character and the indulgent influence of Pedro Ximenez—an elegant dram that demonstrates Knockando’s quiet yet captivating allure.
