Lauro P Floor Lamp

The Lauro P Floor Lamp from Marset is a striking reissue of a 1970s classic, defined by its elegant, oversized curved silhouette. Moving away from rigid, straight-edged floor lamps, this piece celebrates the mid-century industrial breakthrough of precision-bent steel. The high-arching stem allows the light to be positioned over a lounge chair or sofa while the base remains discreetly tucked away. Depending on your preference for ambiance or utility, the methacrylate shade is offered in a translucent opal for a soft, room-filling glow or a sleek black for concentrated downward illumination. This design is a tribute to a time when shaping steel was a high-stakes innovation, resulting in a fixture that remains a sophisticated focal point in modern interiors.

Highlights:

• Features a dramatic, overhanging steel arch that allows for overhead lighting without the need for ceiling installation
• Equipped with an accessible on/off switch located on the shade for easy manual control while seated
• Plug-in ready with a black cord, providing a mobile and flexible lighting solution for residential or commercial lounges
• Some assembly required
