Linie has a rich, smooth profile with notes of aniseed and caraway. Matured in old sherry casks, it also has slight notes of oak and a kiss of sherry, adding complexity.

COLOUR: Light amber
NOSE: An intriguing combination of caraway, aniseed and orange peel is prominent in the aroma, followed by a delicate hint of vanilla.
PALATE: Oak combines with the caraway and aniseed to give great complexity, while old sherry notes give a rich, well-rounded flavour.
AFTERTASTE: A well-composed aftertaste of spices and sherry lingers for a few minutes.
