Lobos 1707 Mezcal Artesanal is a 100% Espadín agave mezcal — gradually smoky and sultry, roasted in an open conical Oaxacan fire pit, ground in an Egyptian stone mill, and produced in a small-batch artisanal program that bridges mezcal traditionalists and curious newcomers.
Each sip carries the imprint of its production: open-pit roasting brings smoke; Egyptian stone milling preserves agave texture; the resulting liquid is stealthily smooth with a flavor experience that runs deep and leaves a subtle warmth of spice.
