The Manitowoc IDT0900W/SPA312 is a commercial full cube ice machine and dispenser that produces up to 780 lb of full cube ice per day and serves it through a sanitary, self-serve dispense, backed by 180 lb of internal storage and continuous make.

Full dice cube is the slow-melting, high-displacement standard for bars, restaurants, and bagging, and it holds its shape in a glass without watering the drink down. The dispenser format keeps hands out of the ice for a cleaner operation than an open bin.

This is the water-cooled model, which carries condenser heat away through a water line instead of into the room, the right pick for hot kitchens or tight, enclosed spaces that lack the clearance an air-cooled unit needs, with the tradeoff of added water use.
