MELLCOM 10x20FT Louvered Pergola with 6 Pull-Down Screens, Aluminum Pergola with Adjustable Rainproof, Dark Gray

Brand: MELLCOM

Color: Dark Gray

Features:

• DELUXE ALL-SEASON SCREENS: This louvered pergola features versatile pull-down screen that surrounds it, providing weather resistance against wind, rain, and sunlight. The 6 screen panels are slightly transparent, allowing light to shine through, while also ensuring some privacy and protecting you from UV rays. Effortlessly lower the screen to your desired height using the integrated spring-loaded runners. When not in use, manually lift it upward for smooth retraction into its casing.
• VERSATILE ROOF CONTROL: The adjustable louvered roof, operated with crank handles, allows you to effortlessly and promptly choose the desired level of coverage, ranging from direct sunlight to shaded areas, and even providing 100% water-tight shelter — or anything in between. The roof vanes, evenly split (50/50), allow independent control over each half of the pergola, providing customized exposure to sunshine or shade by adjusting the louvers from 0° to 135°.
• BUILT-IN DRAINAGE SYSTEM: Easily weatherproof your space by closing the louvered roof in changing weather. Rainwater on the louvres flows into guttering channels, draining through the legs to the ground. This drainage system prevents water drips on furniture, ensuring comfort and facilitating maintenance.
• HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS: The robust aluminum frame, powder-coated in matte dark grey, ensures durability with rust-free, weatherproof, and UV-protected properties. This guarantees lasting enjoyment of your outdoor space without color fading and provides protection from harmful UV rays. The pergola comes equipped with pre-drilled bases and expansion anchor bolts, ensuring a straightforward installation on any flat, solid surface. Wind Resistance: 60-90 MPH
