Mumm Sparkling Wine Cuvée M appeals to wine aficionados who prefer a touch of sweetness. This sparkling wine showcases the powerful, ripe fruit flavors of California with naturally sweetened fruit. The result is a soft, elegant, sparkling wine featuring a graceful stream of fine bubbles, a lovely peach-rose hue, and white and yellow stone fruit that are complemented by notes of wild strawberry, fresh cream, biscuit, vanilla and honey. Layers of ripe peach with subtle hints of sweet orange combine with crisp citrus tones, leading to a long, creamy finish. A few selected lots are fermented or aged in oak to add depth anda hint of spice to the blend. The wines are yeast aged for an average of 16 months, adding flavors of biscuit, bread dough, white blossoms and mocha.
