MY HEALING AVENUE

This book, 'My Healing Avenue', is a continuation of my first book, 'Healing Like A Warrior'. in which I write about my journey through living with and dealing with my daily life with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST). I write about my mood change, how I feel about myself and others, and my treatment with a professional therapist and peer support groups. Depression is a monster in itself and can affect the body in many ways including my physical health. While writing, I hold nothing back. I would like to help remove the stigma that is associated with MST. Writing is therapy for me and shows my growth as well as, when I'm stuck and when I become overwhelmed. Read more
