Mezcal Nuestra Soledad Ejutla is a true expression of the rugged beauty and artisanal craftsmanship that defines the mezcal-making tradition in the Valles Centrales Region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced in the quaint village of La Compañía within the district of Ejutla, this mezcal embodies the rich heritage and dedication of the Hernandez family, led by Don Gregorio Hernandez and his sons Valentín and Joel. Situated at a lofty elevation of 5,000 feet above sea level, the La Soledad distillery perches on a hilly plateau, where the harsh growing conditions infuse their mezcal with a captivating complexity.
