131 proof. Batch 2. Old Carter Kentucky Whiskey — the higher-proof second batch in Old Carter's Kentucky-market designated release series, 13.5 proof above Batch 1 (117.5 proof) also in the collection.
The Kentucky Whiskey designation distinguishes these expressions from the standard Old Carter Bourbon numbered batches. Batch 2 at 131 proof represents a significant step up in concentration from Batch 1 (117.5), placing it in the high cask strength tier alongside the standard-series Rye expressions and well above the standard numbered bourbon batches (Batches #1–3 at 106.8–108.9 proof).
