Old Carter Straight American Whiskey Batch #6 is the sixth numbered release in Old Carter’s Straight American Whiskey program from Mark and Sherri Carter (founders of Kentucky Owl) — a small-batch American whiskey bottled at 134.6 proof, non-chill filtered, at natural barrel strength, with Sherri Carter hand-labeling each bottle in Old Carter’s signature format.
Old Carter’s Straight American Whiskey expressions are sourced and blended distinctly from the bourbon line, with each batch a unique small-batch blend assembled when the Carters determine the spirit has reached the right balance. Batch #6 continues the Straight American Whiskey numbered series at full cask strength.
