Pasote Reposado is an additive-free Highland tequila rested at least four months in American white oak, bottled at 80 proof.
Pasote is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands, distilled in small stainless-steel pots with volcanic-rock-filtered well water in San Julián. This reposado rests a minimum of four months in American white oak, adding gentle barrel character while keeping the spirit additive-free.
Tasting Notes
Herbal roasted agave balanced with ripe coconut, vanilla, and sweet American oak; rich on the palate with light caramel, dried fruit, and roasted nuts.
