The Best, Not The Same, Whiskey Every Year
We could have followed the standard approach to making bourbon, replicating the same flavor profile year after year. Instead, we blend our bourbon in annual vintages that highlight the most exceptional flavors we discover in that year’s barrels, making each release as unique and distinctive as the promising racehorse on its label.
5-Year Single Barrel Cask Strength Bourbon
This single barrel is for those who enjoy the richness, intensity, and depth of flavor of high proof whiskeys. It was aged for 5 years before being bottled unfiltered at cask strength to highlight the traits that made this particular barrel so compelling to those who’s selected it.
Our Thoroughbreds
Pinhook is a term for finding young thoroughbreds with champion potential and nurturing them to maturity, much like we do with our barrels. To honor this parallel with whiskey-making, each Pinhook vintage celebrates a promising racehorse just starting its racing career.
