We take our lovely bold and exquisite cocoa, add a naturally caramelly unrefined organic panela sugar and season it with pink lake salt. It is smooth and utterly delicious.

The Dimboola Lake salt in strikingly pink, fed by an ancient aquifer, its unique blend of minerals gives it a wonderful well-rounded complex flavour.
