The Velda Plant Socks are ideal for planting around the curved or unusual shaped edges of a garden pond. Made from a very finely-woven fabric material, the Velda Plant Socks keep aquatic soil and plant roots secure whilst also allowing nutrients and water to circulate.
The strong yet flexible woven fabric provides a long lasting planting solution, and is suitable for all kinds of pond plants. Owing to the flexibility of Velda Plant Socks they provide a perfect plant holder, ideal for natural or wildlife ponds as well as more formal designs. The Plant Socks can be placed on almost any base for multiple installation possibilities.
Top Tips:
Once planted we recommend covering the aquatic soil with a thin layer of gravel or pond substrate. To achieve best possible plant growth we suggest the use of Velda Growth Balls.
