Proper No. Twelve was founded in Dublin and born from a community defined by resilience and tradition. Similarly, the distillery's heavy charred bourbon barrels have been defined by fire to bring out unique characteristics of the wood's composition and impart flavor on the Black Reserve. The result is a rich and intense flavor that's earned its place in the Proper Family.
Black Reserve is triple distilled and matured in a fusion of American Oak 1st and 2nd fill Bourbon casks to add a robust depth and complexity to its seriously smooth taste.
