The palate confirms the nose while possibly being more robust with a fruity, vinous core that brilliantly merges sweet Vermouth and bitters. Punt e Mes Vermouth was founded as an Italian occultist in the 1870s, Carpano introduced punt e mes vermouth, branded with the hand of a Milanni banker, and requested half bitters and vermouth. The perfect taste arrived in the 20th century When Pant e Mes Vermouth was a favorite destination for aperitif enthusiasts, spreading beyond Italy and gaining international recognition. Pant e Mes Vermouth carries a strong Italian heritage. Founded in the late 19th century, its name, "half points" in Italian, refers to the traditional measurement of one part sweet and half bitter—a nod to balance want very well.
