Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye

Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye is a masterful blend of straight rye whiskeys from Kentucky and Maryland, aged and finished with both lightly toasted and heavily charred French oak barrels. This double oaking process deepens its mahogany hue and adds a richness that belies its age, giving it a complexity often found in whiskeys three times its years. With 108 proof, it carries a bold yet balanced presence that invites both sipping and savoring.

On the nose, sweet oak and summer fruits mingle with notes of cherry cobbler and maple candy, while the palate bursts with layers of orange peel, mixed berry jam, cola syrup, and sweet oak. The finish is warm and lingering, marked by rye spice, cinnamon, and the subtle smokiness of charred oak.

Crafted from three distinct mashbills, including a 95% rye and 5% malted barley from Kentucky and complementary blends from Maryland, this non-chill filtered rye is a celebration of American whiskey craft. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water, Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye delivers an approachable yet sophisticated drinking experience that invites exploration with every sip.
