Pale pink in the glass, it opens with generous notes of lemon and wild strawberry accompanied by aromas of bread crust and herbs. Delicate effervescence lends elegance, while thirst-quenching acidity heightens ripe red berry flavors, with splashes of sea spray and oyster shell on the finish.
