Gen 3 - Barrel No. E-TN-98
While always searching for what fits the “Exceptional Series” criteria, we look high and low for unique whiskey offerings that not only make you think with each sip, we want the whole experience to be “Wow!”. Proofs will vary from barrel to barrel, some barrels so short there will sometimes yield only 1 - 2 bottles.
Exceptional Series 13+ yr Straight Tennessee Whiskey holds true to everything we were looking for. Experimental, Exciting, and Exceptional. Paying homage to what makes Tennessee unique, we wanted to keep true to their claim of Straight Tennessee Whiskey and we present you with this super limited run of barrels known as E-TN.
Tasting Notes
On the palate, you’ll encounter a delightful combination of crème brûlée, layered oak tannins, and a hint of leather. The flavors are complemented by subtle notes of caramel, coriander, and vanilla. Given the high alcohol content, the absence of ethanol is refreshing, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the rich and decadent taste of this exceptional whiskey.
