Barrel #156 - 16yr, 53.5% Alc/Vol, Distilled 01/2005, Bottled 6/01/2021, Mash Bill 84/8/8 – 132btls
On the nose, apple reduction in butter sauce with toffee cake, caramel cream and spicy cinnamon. On the palate, baked orchard fruits in caramel-cinnamon sauce with toffee and clove pieces. The finish is long and pleasant with vanilla and caramel giving way to long lasting spicy cinnamon and clove. A robust sipper.
