Not only is this distiller hitting major milestones, they seem to be getting everything right these days. Each new release has raised the bar in American Whiskey on multiple fronts in our eyes. This second release of vintage 6yr old Bonded Bourbon proves the point even more poignantly. Extremely limited & extremely good. The profile leans savoury with touches of sweet oak that turn into grilled peach, cherry pie, dark chocolate and a eye-opening spicy finish. Distilled Spring 2017. Bottled Spring 2023. Take your time sipping, this whiskey has some hidden depths.
