The Sakura bitters is made from pesticide-free Yaezakura flowers macerated with neutral spirit. the Yaezakura leaves are pickled with natural sea salt, resulting a in bitter that adds a floral umami depth to your cocktails. Try it in a G n' T, Negroni, or Cosmo.
The Japanese Bitters is the World's first bitters produced in Japan using all natural ingredients. Yuki Yamazaki, the former brand ambassador for Bobby's Gin, studied at Herman Jansen Distillery in the Netherlands to perfect his craft. After returning to Japan he gained his brewing license and was able to complete his bitters recipe within two years.
