Blending peanut butter with whiskey? The thought sounds a little nutty but it’s time to take whiskey to the next level. Sheep Dog is Sazerac's entry into this increasingly crowded field and this whisky is born and bred for cocktails. Go ahead - let your inner cocktail artist come out.
Nose: Bursting with natural peanut butter flavours.
Palate: Sweet flavours, citrus, and sweet vanilla, caramel, popcorn, massive peanut butter notes, and toffee.
Finish: Lingers, warm and somewhat dry with a subtle bite evolving into notes of vanilla, peanut butter, caramel and butterscotch.
